Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and engage with our online community of creators and fans.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Content Creation:
  • Develop creative ideas and content to excite our target audiences.
  • Assist in shaping and refining our social media strategies.
  • Support the creation of videos, graphics, and other marketing materials.
• Campaigns and Projects:
  • Plan and execute Direct-to-Fan campaigns.
  • Help organize events and workshops for creators.
  • Research trends and market opportunities to support our strategy.
• Crm And Email Marketing:
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Improve onboarding processes for new customers.

Requirements

• Passion for Marketing and Community-Building: You're excited about social media, trends, and digital strategies.
• Creativity: You love coming up with original ideas and bringing them to life.
• Organized: You can handle multiple projects at once without losing track.
• Technical Skills: Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
• Proactive: You take initiative and bring forward your ideas with confidence.
• Interest in Creator and Fan Communities: You understand the needs of creators and their fans.
