The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our sales organization. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise and providing technical knowledge around F5 solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Articulate the F5 product strategy, messaging, and positioning to customers and partners.
  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
  • Determine the viability of opportunities and map out organizational structures.
  • Drive the sales process in partnership with the Account Managers' team, identifying the Technical Decision Maker, getting their technical validation, support, and sponsorship.
  • Consistently provide world-class customer service through the customer life cycle.
  • Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources, share best practices, updates, offer, and seek expertise as needed.

Requirements

  • Multiple years of related industry experience.
  • 4+ years of pre-sales experience is preferred.
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity/experience with F5 technology or similar industry solution deployment is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent German and English (verbal and writing skills).
