The estimated annual salary for this position is €45,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

1. Cultivate and refine XIAO's sushi buffet by introducing new and creative menu items.
2. Produce high-quality sushi with attention to detail and a focus on presentation.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
4. Plan and manage inventory efficiently to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional sushi chef.
2. Excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
3. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
