Data Engineering Intern

At Niologic, we are a leading consultancy for Product Engineering, specializing in AI and Location Intelligence in Germany. Our mission is to bring cutting-edge technology into production for our clients, making a tangible impact on their daily lives.

We are growing from a small team of 15 to a dream team of 50 dedicated professionals in retail and public security. As a working student, you will be part of this exciting journey, working on modern data products that leverage the latest cloud technology and API-driven frontends.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and implementing SQL-based data structures
  • Planning and implementing data pipelines with data quality checks
  • Developing Infrastructure as Code for underlying components
Requirements

To succeed in our team, you should have:

  • Good experience in data engineering using Python and SQL ELT
  • Strong understanding of datawarehouse concepts
  • Ability to create ERD and BPNM diagrams and communicate ideas effectively
  • Good language skills in German and English to understand data nuances
  • (Nice to have) Experience in data quality checks using frameworks like DBT
