Job Title: QESH Officer

At GXO Logistics, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled QESH Officer to join our team in Dormagen. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and healthy working environment for our employees and the safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QESH management systems and performance within the assigned organization.
  • Conduct audits and spot checks to ensure compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and health regulations.
  • Assist operational personnel with incident investigation and provide guidance on legal frameworks.
  • Support local managers in interacting with QESH regulators and accompanying them on inspections and audits.
  • Work towards promoting a safe team working philosophy and continuously improve performance.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of risk management systems, quality assurance, and incident investigation methods.
  • Auditing experience and knowledge of laws and regulations regarding QESH topics.
  • Logistics sector background is a plus.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
  • Careful, decisive, and independent with a strong team player attitude.
