At NavVis, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data strategy team, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company's future by driving business insights and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our business intelligence technical infrastructure, including integrating tools like Fivetran to collect data from various sources.
  • Lead the development of complex Power BI reports that cater to the needs of different teams, ensuring seamless data flow and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, building reports that provide clear insights and translate those insights into actionable strategies.
  • Support teams that manage their own Power BI reports, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning effectively.
  • Regularly organize and lead activities for our internal BI community, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, with a strong focus on Power BI and data infrastructure development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and ETL processes (e.g. CRM, ERP). Experience with data warehousing and data governance.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members, manage cross-functional projects, and drive BI strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
