Wir suchen in Vollzeit einen IT-Operations-Manager für unsere Abteilung Spielbetrieb im Geschäftsbereich IT in Wiesbaden.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Ziehungsbetrieb und bei Sonderauslosungen
- Fachverantwortung für IT-Spielsysteme sowie Durchführung von Abnahmetests
- Wartung, Fehlerbehebung und stetige Modernisierung der digitalen Ziehungsgeräte und Ziehungsräume
- Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung/Teilautomatisierung der Prozesse des Spielbetriebs sowie der Projektarbeit
- Durchführung von Prüf- und Kontrollvorgängen, beispielsweise bei Gewinnauszahlungsfreigaben
- Teilnahme am Systemaufsichtsdienst
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. angrenzender Studiengang, gerne auch ambitionierter Absolvent
- Als Quereinsteiger: erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung (auch ohne IT-Bezug)
- Als Generalist wahrnehmbares Maß an Willen zur Einarbeitung in das neue Tätigkeitsprofil sowie spezifisch notwendige Aufgabengebiete
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe Genauigkeit in der Dokumentation
- Affinität für IT-Systeme und IT-getriebene Abläufe
