Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Manager of Leadership Development to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and perfecting leadership evaluation standards and training systems at all levels of the company.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive leadership development program for Europe, in close collaboration with our local trainer departments.
- Evaluating the current training landscape, designing and developing corresponding training programs or courses, and implementing effective landing operation plans.
- Organizing key projects, implementing and assessing feedback, and continuously reviewing and refining methodologies.
- Training demand analysis and planning, formulating training plans and strategies, and implementing them on the ground.
- Course development and lectures, integrating internal and external resources, and operating diversified teaching forms.
- Training organization, operation, and delivery, combining diversified tools and online learning platforms to organize and implement online and offline training activities.
- Effect evaluation and project brand building, adjusting and optimizing according to trainees' feedback and business needs to ensure the training effect.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in industrial or organizational psychology, economics, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in delivering trainings and a strong background in personnel development, leadership enabling, and business trainings.
- Strategic thinking, management, and project management experience, with a high degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and structured action.
- Excellent communication skills, service orientation, and interpersonal sensitivity, with confident appearance and assertiveness.
- A hands-on mentality paired with a pragmatic and positive attitude, and business fluency in written and spoken German and English.
