Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Junior Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Safran Engineering Services. As a Junior Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for installing and repairing mechanical components on aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation
- Performing functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems
- Applying sealants and surface protection
- Wire locking and diagnosing mechanical or electrical problems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic aviation/mechanical education and practical training
- Good English skills, with German an advantage
- Team-player in an international team
- Willingness to work in shifts at the Airbus plant in Hamburg
