Oracle WMS Lead Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Oracle WMS Lead to join our team at Skillsearch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and configuring all aspects of Oracle WMS implementation. Your expertise in Oracle ERP WMS will enable you to develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement, and rollout solutions that meet our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and configure Oracle WMS implementation to meet client requirements
* Develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement, and rollout solutions
* Write and maintain clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Oracle WMS application and business system processes
* Engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach
* Anticipate obstacles and recommend solution options as they relate to the solution
* Design and implement custom reports using Oracle reporting tools to address company needs and improve frequency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting
* Work and coordinate with other project team members and business users as needed
* Produce and deliver documentation for design, training, and application administration

**Requirements**

* ~5+ years Oracle ERP WMS related experience of design and configuration
* In-depth functional understanding of WMS functionality which includes Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Reverse Logistics, and Value-Added Services
* Good knowledge of Cross Docking and Wave Planning Process
* Able to Configure Put away and Picking Rules
* Functional Understanding of Task Management
* Experience with Mobile Supply Chain Application Required
* Oracle Inventory and Manufacturing experience is a plus
* In Depth Knowledge on Master data setup & Processes for WMS implementation
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting issues for ERP clients
* Strong analytical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, both English and German
