Electronics Technician for Probe Card Testing

Renowned for its innovative approach, Renesas Electronics is seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join its team in Dresden, Germany. As a key member of the test center, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of probe cards and assemblies in the test area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing inspection and repair tasks on probe cards and assemblies with precision and attention to detail.
- Independent fault localization and subsequent repair of electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Evaluation of operating parameters and development of proposals for process improvement.
- Collaboration with probe card, process engineers, and manufacturers to troubleshoot problems and further develop contact technologies.
- Implementation of training measures for shift personnel.
- Transparent documentation of work processes.
Requirements:
- Skilled worker degree in electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or a comparable field.
- Pleasure in practical work.
- High sense of quality and responsibility.
- High level of concentration, fine motor skills, and three-dimensional vision at the microscope.
- Independent, engaged, and goal-oriented work style and motivation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work shifts and in a clean room environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
