Exyte Central Europe GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Workplace Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving technology adoption and proficiency among employees using our Digital Workplace platform.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in Microsoft architectures and digital workplace technologies. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing a seamless digital workplace experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital workplace adoption strategy, driving the successful implementation of our Digital Workplace platform.
  • Architecturally design and drive the entire digital workplace adoption lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, projects, and Service Management.
  • Identify and manage the implementation of projects around Windows Workplace, focusing on deployment, monitoring, automated operations, and integrated security.
  • Ensure new applications and services are launched with and supported by Digital Workplace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital workplace services with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft architectures around Digital Workplace and its implementation.
  • Technical knowledge of digital workplace technologies.
  • Experience in designing Windows workplace ecosystems and management.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Microsoft Azure certification or formal training and proven cloud experience is required.
  • Proven track record in designing global Windows workplace ecosystems and their rollout.
  • Ability to adapt to change and embrace innovation, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in English expected, German language skills desirable.
