- Provide exceptional customer service and support to users through various communication channels.
- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure user satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in shift schedules to ensure 24/7 helpdesk coverage.
- Qualify and assign tickets to appropriate teams or vendors based on expertise and availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and address user inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed.
- Document and track user interactions and issue resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of helpdesk processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Completed technical training or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in user helpdesk or customer support is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
