About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to users through various communication channels.
  • Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure user satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in shift schedules to ensure 24/7 helpdesk coverage.
  • Qualify and assign tickets to appropriate teams or vendors based on expertise and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and address user inquiries and issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed.
  • Document and track user interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of helpdesk processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Completed technical training or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in user helpdesk or customer support is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
