Warehouse Coordinator

We are a rapidly growing company for merchandising solutions with a nationwide customer base in the school and university sector. From product design development to production in Germany and abroad, to e-commerce solutions and end-customer communication, we cover all aspects of a full-service merchandising agency.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (m/w/d) in Full-Time for our warehouse in Bochum-Wattenscheid.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

  • Accurate assembly of customer orders and handover to the logistics service provider
  • Communication with customers and service providers regarding order and shipping processing via phone and email
  • Inventory control and proper storage
  • Receipt, processing, and forwarding of goods according to specifications
  • Interface with commercial colleagues
Qualifications

You bring:

  • A completed vocational training in logistics, a commercial education, or experience in the logistics field
  • Good communication skills in German and basic knowledge of English
  • You enjoy independent work, you convince through reliability, resilience, and a desire to develop processes further
  • You have a keen eye for details and accuracy
  • You are experienced in using MS Office and have experience with warehouse management systems
  • Valid driver's license class B
