Beauty Director

Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a highly skilled Beauty Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive commercial plan that aligns with our brand vision.

• Develop and implement a commercial strategy that drives business growth and profitability.
• Lead a team of commercial professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience and excellent execution.
• Oversee the strategy for all wholesale events, enhancing customer experience through educational and entertaining events.

• 12+ years of experience in the beauty industry, with a strong background in commercial strategy and leadership.
• Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching and leading high-performing teams.
• Business acumen, with the ability to articulate and communicate data across retailers.
• Communication and partnership skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish genuine relationships.
• Results-oriented, with a proven ability to anticipate risk and proactively consider solutions to drive results.

• Base salary range: $255,000-275,000.
