Quality and Testing Engineer for PV Modules

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality and Testing Engineer to join our team at Q CELLS. As a key member of our PV production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Conduct thorough testing and analysis of PV modules to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for quality control processes and procedures
  • Participate in project teams to drive quality and innovation initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or risk management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP and CAQ
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English and German
