About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our Out of Home team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products to drive sales growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
