SAP BI HANA Senior Developer Position

A senior SAP BI HANA developer is required to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space in Ottobrunn. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions using SAP BI HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a digital focal point and BI expert for all reporting requirements, ensuring service quality and end-user satisfaction.
- Be responsible for BI projects, developing BI solutions to satisfy business requirements following the development golden rules.
- Provide end-to-end solutions focused on business outcome and user experience.
- Leverage technical trends and new technological possibilities to deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale.
- Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape.
- Provide specialist advice for the scoping, development, deployment/implementation, change management, application maintenance, and evolution of relevant BI information systems.
- Coordinate communication with other digital areas.
- Lead change management activities after the deployment of any new tool.
- Manage and deliver projects in an agile way to implement new functionalities based on business processes.
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience in the required domain.
- Extensive technical knowledge in BW and experience in BW developments (both with BW On HANA and, specially, on BW4HANA).
- Experience on SAC and on BPC projects.
- Technical knowledge in BO tools: experience in BW and BO reporting tools (Webi, Analysis for Office) is highly convenient. BO administrative skills are desirable.
- English: Advanced level required. Ability to communicate in other European language(s) would be beneficial.
