Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of recruitment projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. This role involves working closely with our recruitment team and founder to align projects with the company's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and execute recruitment projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans and schedules, tracking key performance indicators and progress
  • Coordinate the recruitment team and distribute feedback on the hiring process
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure project expectations are met
  • Communicate project progress and results to the founder and clients
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance project management capabilities
Requirements
  • Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Prior experience in project management, ideally in recruitment or HR
  • Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in German
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with common software applications
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
