At Exyte, we share your passion for innovation and excellence. As a Product Manager Customized Process Solution, you will contribute to engineering excellence for the high-tech markets of the future, including semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers.

Our solutions guarantee our customers absolutely safe, clean, productive, and cost-efficient manufacturing processes and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising production to ensure the effective and high-quality manufacture of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will create and adapt test protocols and work instructions for technical changes.
  • You will support quality assurance in the analysis of complaints.
  • You will assist with the introduction of new products into series production.
  • You will maintain product parts lists for systems and spare parts.
  • You will coordinate product changes with customers and suppliers.
  • You will manage product changes over the entire life cycle.
  • You will update and adapt product documentation.
  • You will process complaints about series products.
  • You will support the sales department with technical questions.
  • You will prepare documents for declarations of conformity.
  • You will prepare quotations for services and spare parts business.

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a technical degree or training as a state-certified technician, preferably in the fields of mechatronics or mechanical engineering.
  • You have professional experience in special machine construction with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as experience in series production.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills and have experience in dealing with customers and suppliers.
  • You have experience in international projects.
  • You have good knowledge of quality assurance.
  • You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally.
