Als Teamleitung IT Infrastruktur sind Sie für die Gestaltung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten verantwortlich. Sie leiten das 8-köpfige IT-Team und sind für die prozesskonforme Ablauforganisation und -optimierung verantwortlich. Sie unterstützen Ihre Mitarbeitenden im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support und leiten oder überwachen die Durchführung aller IT-Projekte. Sie fördern die Weiterentwicklung der Strategien und Konzepte von IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Cybersecurity.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von IT-Projekten
  • Leitung des 8-köpfigen IT-Teams
  • Prozesskonforme Ablauforganisation und -optimierung
  • Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
  • Durchführung aller IT-Projekte
  • Weiterentwicklung der Strategien und Konzepte von IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Cybersecurity
Voraussetzungen
  • Langjährige Erfahrung als Spezialist im Bereich IT Infrastruktur
  • Fundiertes Wissen über Microsoft-Server, M365, Exchange und Softwareverteilung
  • Intensive Auseinandersetzung mit Themen IT-Security und KI in Unternehmen
  • Fachliche Führungsqualitäten unter Beweis gestellt
  • Kompetenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
