At GULP – experts united, we are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager Automotive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and information between departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between departments, coordinating material and production planning, as well as order management.
  • Lead regular sales, inventory, and operations planning meetings (SIOP) and coordinate with relevant interfaces.
  • Manage the RCCP process (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) to optimize production planning.
  • Monitor and achieve DIO (Days Inventory on Hand) targets to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Support communication, escalation, and prioritization processes with customers.
  • Plan and execute a smooth flow of materials and information between departments.
  • Liaise with suppliers or distribution partners to resolve shipping or delivery issues.
  • Measure key performance indicators and set targets and key results for material planning and order management.
  • Manage ERP master data related to planning and order management.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in logistics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on production.
  • Experience in supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in English and German, with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for process change and optimization, combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • High affinity for data analysis and strong implementation skills.
  • Self-confidence with the ability to prioritize and provide clear communication with customers.
