Bilfinger, a leading industrial services company, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Insulation Apprentice to join our team. As an Industrial Insulation Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of insulation systems in industrial facilities
• Work with a team of experienced insulation specialists to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of insulation materials, techniques, and best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements and optimize insulation system performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in insulation or a related field a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver insulation materials and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to identify and troubleshoot insulation-related issues
• Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces; ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
