Pharmaceutical Production Assistant

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Pharmakant oder CTA für unsere Produktionsabteilung in Uetersen.
Verantwortlichkeiten- Mitarbeit in der Produktionsplanung und -vorbereitung
- Unterstützung in der Arbeits- und Prozessorganisation
- Mitarbeit bei Angelegenheiten zum GMP-Status der Anlage
- Problembehebung/-lösung bei Störungen sowie Alarmen
- Übernahme der Funktion als Ansprechpartner für interne Techniker aus der Schlosserei und Elektrotechnik sowie externe Servicetechniker
- Übernahme von Schulungen und Einarbeitung der Produktionsmitarbeitenden
- Herstellung von Wirkstoffen gemäß arzneimittelrechtlichen Vorschriften (GMP)
- Bedienung von teilautomatisierten Prozessanlagen (Chromatographische Aufreinigung, z.B. Säulenchromatographie und TFF Anlagen)
- Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen (z.B. pH, Leitfähigkeit, Konzentration)
- Erstellung GMP konformer Chargendokumentation anhand von Herstellprotokollen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Dokumenten
- Aufrechterhaltung des GMP-Status für Räume und technische Anlagen hinsichtlich Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung, Wartung und Dokumentation
- Übernahme von Geräteverantwortlichkeiten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pharmakant, CTA, BTA, Lebensmitteltechniker, Brauer (m/w/d) oder eine artverwandte Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der biotechnologischen Produktion im GMP Umfeld sowie Arbeiten in Reinraumklasse D und C
- Tiefergehende Kenntnisse der Steuersoftware Unicorn sowie der Bedienung von Anlagen mit dieser
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Chromatographie- und TFF-Prozessen
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Affinität zur Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen im Team
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Hohe Bereitschaft zur Verantwortungsübernahme mit Hands on Mentalität
