Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist at Chrono24 GmbH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from over 120 countries. You will be the primary point of contact for our German- and English-speaking customers, as well as our Spanish-speaking clients. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, from the initial inquiry to the final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticket system
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Assist with the sale and purchase of luxury watches on our platform
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German, English, and Spanish
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
