Supplier Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Manager to join our Electrification and Automation business unit. As a key member of the Quality Excellence Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our suppliers and their deliveries.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor the Business Unit's SQM requirements, including preventive actions, technical specifications, and supplier qualifications.
- Monitor and improve global SQM KPIs in collaboration with Quality Management departments.
- Govern and monitor quality assurance agreements in assigned areas.
- Plan and conduct supplier audits, including follow-ups.
- Lead SQM community calls and drive lessons learned activities related to suppliers.
- Support the implementation of standardized supplier qualification processes according to corporate guidelines.
- Regularly update the standardized supplier qualification process to meet Business Unit requirements.
- Ensure suppliers are covered with Quality Assurance Agreements in collaboration with Procurement.
- Support the implementation of Sustainability measures as required.
- Support supplier qualification for the solution business.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Long-term experience in Supplier Quality Management and/or Quality Management.
- Certified auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent.
- Experience with core quality methods like FMEA and VSM.
- Excellent communication skills and experience dealing with global networks.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
