Optimus Search: Frontend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at Optimus Search. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for crafting and deploying user-centric, responsive web applications using React.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting and deploying user-centric, responsive web applications using React.
  2. Translating design templates and wireframes into top-notch interactive interfaces.
  3. Seamlessly integrating RESTful APIs for data retrieval and manipulation.
  4. Collaborating closely with backend developers to establish and maintain frontend-backend interfaces.
  5. Detecting and resolving performance and functionality glitches, ensuring code excellence via thorough reviews and testing.
  6. Upholding top-notch standards regarding web application security, accessibility, and scalability.
  7. Analyzing and optimizing application performance to guarantee swift loading times and seamless user interactions.
  8. Actively engaging in agile development teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  9. Continuously enhancing skills through training and research on emerging technologies and frontend development best practices.
  10. Being open to offering support with other frontend technologies like Angular or as needed.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in computer science or equivalent field.
  2. Several years of hands-on experience in front-end development with proficient skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  3. Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React, through practical application.
  4. Proficiency in responsive design principles and the ability to develop user interfaces that function effectively across different devices.
  5. Experience utilizing Git for version control.
  6. A robust grasp of optimization techniques and security protocols for web performance and safety.
  7. Strong teamwork abilities, adaptability, and a keen eagerness to acquire new knowledge.
