Job Title: B2C Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our B2C team in Berlin or remotely. As a key member of our finance team, you will collaborate with the B2C business to monitor financial performance, deliver financial insights, and forecast business trends.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze product and regional performance to identify areas for improvement in B2C segments such as Demand Generation, Product, Data, Engineering, Teaching, and Curriculum.
  • Support OKR owners in setting targets for orders, recurring revenue, and profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization within the department, and measure performance against goals.
  • Help with strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly updates for revenue, margins, and OPEX.
  • Build strong relationships across the B2C value chain to improve information sharing and customer satisfaction.
  • Balance different segment perspectives in forecasts, and highlight business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights using data, tools, and processes to produce important financial and operational reports.
  • Supply regular business reports on agreed KPIs to ensure visibility and accountability for results.
  • Maintain and improve reporting to create transparency and offer better insights, recommending strategies to management.
  • Ensure financial accuracy at the market and regional levels in line with accounting standards.
  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication on financial matters.
  • Develop performance metrics that support decision-making across the B2C organization.
Your Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales controlling in an international Tech, eCommerce, or Logistics company.
  • Proficiency in English (C1) and willingness to learn one of Lingoda's languages (B1 level).
  • Experience in working with MS Office / G-Suite.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence products (Tableau).
  • Strong communication skills, ability to challenge the status quo and yourself, and work effectively as a team player.
  • Strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, and business acumen.
  • Structured approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
