Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at our Neuwied location. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing personnel processes, and providing expert advice to management and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in collaboration with the management team
  • Manage personnel processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including labor law, employment contracts, and benefits
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
