Full-time Position

At our company headquarters in Burgwedel, near Hannover, we have a dynamic team of around 2,000 employees working together to shape the future of our company.

We operate nationwide data centers and have over 700 servers, as well as a hybrid cloud infrastructure, which defines our IT operations. From connecting branches and logistics centers to the headquarters to providing systems, we find the right concept for everything to meet the requirements of our departments. We also take care of equipping workspaces at the headquarters and various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing departmental requirements through configuration and programming of the ServiceNow system as part of the ServiceNow team
  • Collaborating with ServiceNow architects and business analysts to develop and evaluate solutions for implementing departmental requirements
  • Conducting tests and creating relevant technical documents
  • Assisting ServiceNow architects and business analysts in developing solution strategies, feasibility studies, and risk analyses

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field with several years of experience in IT
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer
  • Programming skills, preferably in JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM/ESM systems
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as problem-solving skills
  • Good teamwork and empathy in dealing with colleagues and service providers complete your profile
