About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team at Ernsting's family, a leading family-owned business in the German textile retail industry. As an IT Consultant for Data Protection and Licensing, you will play a key role in shaping our company's IT strategy and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures to ensure data protection and licensing compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT-related risks
  • Design and implement data protection and licensing frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert advice on IT-related matters to business stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless IT operations
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in data protection, licensing, and IT governance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
