Key Responsibilities- Security Process Development: Develop, implement, and maintain effective security processes and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our company's data and systems.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant information security standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, and identify and mitigate potential risks to our company's security posture.
- Audits and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, supporting audits and ensuring that our company's security controls and procedures are effective and compliant.
- Security Awareness and Training: Plan and conduct security awareness training programs for our staff, promoting a culture of security and ensuring that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining our company's security.
- Incident Response and Management: Develop and implement incident response plans, procedures, and tools to ensure effective management of security incidents and minimize their impact on our company's operations.
- IT Security Governance: Collaborate with our IT team to ensure that our company's IT systems and infrastructure are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant security standards and regulations.
- Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, IT governance, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including risk management, compliance, and incident response.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
