Job Description
In this key role as Customer Journey Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving the development, support, and customer engagement/acceptance of self-service and digitized HR operational and payroll services across 22+ countries in Europe. Your responsibilities will include developing a new business onboarding process and implementation plan, defining designing and managing communications, education, and change management for customers to digitized or self-service processes, identifying and assessing the level of change within the organization, measuring success of implementations, and assessing access issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business, or a field related to the position, with 3-5 years of leadership experience and strong customer service/change, policy, and governance track record. You should also have experience with HR Shared Service Management, proven experience in implementing Self Service products to end users, especially in a blue-collar environment, strong HR generalist/operational experience in a complex organization, European Labor relations experience/understanding, data security and governance knowledge, and a strong process, data, and systems orientation.
