We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Epidemic Sound. As a key member of our Enterprise Sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business through the establishment of new accounts and customers in our desired market segments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major corporations, including C-level executives and middle management.
- Expertly navigate complex deal structures and negotiations to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
- Assume responsibility for the full sales cycle, including inbound and outbound sales, and maintain a consistent daily work schedule to call, mail, and visit existing or potential clients.
- Monitor competition and gather market information on pricing and new products to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Act as a mentor and teacher for junior Account Executives and contribute to team OKRs to ensure initiatives, processes, and programs are achieved.
- 8+ years of prior sales experience at a senior level selling complex Enterprise solutions with a strong track record.
- Active interest or experience working in music and/or media, licensing or video is required.
- Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written.
- Great relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other typical systems such as Ironclad, Jira, etc.
- Self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
- Passionate about helping prospective customers scale up their business through Music, Media, and SaaS solutions.
