• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
