Job Title: Renal TherapistFresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Renal Therapist to join our team. As a Renal Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer hemodialysis treatments to patients with kidney disease
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed
- Provide education to patients and their families on kidney disease and treatment options
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Experience in nephrology or hemodialysis nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic life support certification
