Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen Application Consultant, der unsere IT-Teams bei der Geschäftsprozessgestaltung und in konzernweiten Projekten unterstützt. Als Digital Transformation Expert wirst du uns helfen, unsere Prozesse zu optimieren und unsere IT-Systeme zu verbessern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Abstimmung von Teststrategien und -plänen in Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams, IT und Analyse
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Ableitung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Konzeption von Sollprozessen
  • Beratung der Fach- und Führungskräfte hinsichtlich der Optimierung von Vertriebsprozessen und IT-Systemen
  • Erstellung von Funktionsbeschreibungen und Koordination der Implementierung dieser durch die Entwickler
  • Konzeption und Mitwirkung bei Systemtests und Schulungen

Was du bringst

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der (Einzel-)Handelsbranche, vorzugsweise bei einem Filialunternehmen
  • Hohe Vertriebsaffinität und Verständnis der Prozesse am Point of Sale
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung und Erfahrungen mit entsprechenden Tools
  • Erfahrungen in der Abbildung von Prozessen in ERP-Systemen (idealerweise in Microsoft Dynamics AX) und in Filialsystemen sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
