Quality Assurance Specialist for Engine Production

About the Role
">We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Representative to join our team at EPI Europrop International GmbH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a deep understanding of engine production processes.
Job Description
">- Manage day-to-day issues in the EPI supply chain together with the EPI Product Delivery Team;
- Ensure process compliance of the production sites and be the first level of escalation;
- Act as EPI Quality Assurance Representative within the supply chain of the EPI Product Delivery Team and be the first level of escalation for the suppliers, Parent Companies (PCs) and EAL;
- Support and follow up customer quality issues in coordination with the Quality Assurance Representative at FAL;
- Follow-up the root cause analysis and corrective actions committed by suppliers, EAL and FAL in order to ensure engine delivery;
- Compile and review the Quality Metrics and KPIs of the EPI Quality processes and suppliers, Parent Companies (PCs), EAL and/or FAL performances;
- Support Quality, POA (Production Organization Approval) and/or MOA (Maintenance Organization Approval) audits to ensure process adherence at all levels and address specific critical areas;
- Ensure compliance to the EPI QMS within the given work scope and work proactively on improvements for the EPI QMS;
- Participate regularly in Quality and/or Production Meeting presenting quality issues and provide the requested quality related KPIs and Supplier Scorecards;
- Report functionally to the Supply Chain Manager and if requested to the Head of Product Delivery.
Requirements
">- Good experience in various quality methods for investigations (8D, 5-Why, etc.).
- Good German level written and spoken is important.
- Very good English level written and spoken is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.
