We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Authorization Manager to join our team at Siemens Mobility GmbH. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the conformity of our railway vehicles to European regulations and national requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a comprehensive evidence management system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the verification process for deliveries and support expert discussions to ensure timely and accurate compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, authorization management, technical management, and project management, to implement the 4th European Railway package.
- Support the interface between variant management and configuration management for vehicle type definition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrotechnical, software, or industrial engineering.
- Proven experience in authorization, engineering, or project management of railway vehicles, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
