Key Responsibilities- Technical Solution Design: Develop new technical solution designs and recommendations using Salesforce technology for complex business use cases, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes.
- Requirements Analysis: Perform thorough requirements analysis to understand business processes and identify requirements, driving effective solution implementation.
- Process Automation: Develop concepts and ideas to make our processes more digital and automate them, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Implementation and Optimization: Implement new requirements and optimize existing functionality, ensuring seamless integration with our business operations.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative customization and administration, including Process Builder, flows, user management, reports, and AppExchange.
- Coding Skills: Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce coding, including Apex classes, Apex Web services, Lightning Framework (Aura & LWC), and SOQL.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Education and Experience: University degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, with a proven track record of delivering CRM solutions.
- Additional Skills: Experience in using version control with Git, expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into effective solutions.
