About the Role
- As a Market Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing all market operations in collaboration with the Market Manager.
- You will ensure the smooth running of the store, including inventory management, stock availability, and customer service.
- You will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance and replenishment of products, as well as designing the visual presentation of the store.
- You will also be responsible for implementing sales-promoting measures to achieve sales targets.
- You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales staff, as well as coordinating personnel deployment.
About You
- You hold a completed commercial or vocational education.
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- You have knowledge and experience in the field of retail, preferably in a similar position.
- You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
