Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Lohmann & Rauscher GmbH & Co. KG. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our logistics operations and ensuring the smooth preparation and shipment of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the Preparation of Product Shipments: Assist in the preparation of product shipments, including verifying inventory levels, packing products, and labeling shipping boxes.
- Pick and Pack Products: Pick and pack products according to instructions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations.
- Operate Warehouse Vehicles: Operate warehouse vehicles, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and equipment throughout the warehouse.
- Label Shipping Boxes: Label shipping boxes using a computer, ensuring accurate and timely labeling of products.
- Assist with Packing at the Conveyor Belt: Assist with packing at the conveyor belt, ensuring efficient and accurate packing of products.
Requirements:
- Interest in Warehouse Tasks: Demonstrate a genuine interest in warehouse tasks and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Fluent in German: Possess fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Flexible Availability: Be available to work flexible hours during the week and possibly on Saturdays, as needed.
- Reliable and Conscientious Work Ethic: Demonstrate a reliable and conscientious work ethic, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Team Player: Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
