About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Nurse I to join our collaborative team at our Synexus research site in Berlin, Germany. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 32 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct clinical studies according to FDA/GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.
- Provide medical care to patients, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
- Perform all defined study activities, including informed consent, screening, and protocol procedures.
- Record patient information and results from tests as per protocol on required forms.
- Report suspected non-compliance to relevant site staff.
- Ensure IRB approval is obtained prior to study initiation and IRB requirements are met throughout the study.
- Promote the company and build positive relationships with patients to ensure retention.
- Attend site initiation meetings and other relevant meetings to receive training on protocol.
- May be required to call patients, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients to confirm bookings or provide information or results.
- Log and complete information on sponsor systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Adhere to company COP/SCOP.
- May be required to dispose of waste according to standards and maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a clinical or medical field.
- Valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN) within the country operating.
- Previous experience in clinical research or a related field, with a minimum of 0-2 years' experience.
