Process Technician

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team at our production site in Polch. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our production processes to increase efficiency and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and coach colleagues on new processes and procedures
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements
• Develop and maintain production documentation, work instructions, and protocols

**Requirements**

• Technical degree in Process Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
• Several years of experience in a production environment with a strong understanding of process control systems
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
