Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of our team at GESOBAU AG, you will be responsible for:
- Project Coordination: You will plan, manage, and monitor projects in the SAP SuccessFactors area, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Implementation and Support: You will assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, conduct system tests, and ensure system integration.
- Process Optimization: You will analyze and optimize HR processes related to SAP SuccessFactors to increase efficiency and develop best-practice approaches.
- Training and Change Management: You will support change management to ensure a smooth introduction of new processes and systems and provide basic training for end-users and key users.
- Documentation and Reporting: You will create and maintain user guides and ensure regular project status reporting to management.
Requirements:
- A successful degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in the SAP HR environment (knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is an advantage) and project coordination in IT projects.
- A structured and reliable working style, as well as a solution-oriented and process-oriented mindset.
- A positive attitude towards change and a willingness to drive change with passion and enthusiasm.
