About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at OMD. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in an agency or client-side role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid social media campaigns that drive business results
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
