- Foster Data-Aware Culture: Employ effective analytics operating models and apply exceptional business acumen to foster a culture of data-aware decision making across the organization.
- Represent Data Analytics Internally and Externally: Drive visibility, education, and collaboration amongst stakeholders, and represent data analytics internally and externally to drive business value.
- Proven Experience in Data Analytics Leadership: Proven experience in leading data analytics teams and having full or partial ownership of all data analytics topics in a decentralized, highly agile organization.
- Strong Business Acumen and Executive Partnering Skills: Strong business acumen and executive partnering skills, with a consistent track record of successfully delivering measurable customer impact and sustaining quality standards and shared methodologies for data management, analysis, and insight.
- Technical Foundation in Data Analytics: Strong technical foundation in data analytics, including proficiency in statistical analysis, data mining, data visualization, and programming languages such as SQL, Python, DBT, R, etc.
- Collaboration and Communication Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence business decisions.
