We are seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to join our team at Workwise. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our EMEA sales team and contributing to the success of our customers.

As a Sales Administrator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for supporting our sales team, maintaining customer relationships, generating leads, processing orders, managing customer data, implementing strategic marketing and sales campaigns, and maintaining our quality management system.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will support the AMBER sales team in inside sales and maintain customer relationships.
  • You will generate leads and process orders, including supplier management.
  • You will manage customer data in our CRM system and implement strategic marketing and sales campaigns.
  • You will maintain our AMBER quality management system.
Requirements
  • You should have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • You should have basic knowledge of using CMS and desktop applications.
  • You should work independently and in a structured manner.
  • You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You should have a good command of German and English.
  • You should be interested in computer science and artificial intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, flexible working hours, occasional home office, further training opportunities, team-building activities, fringe benefits, and more.
