Floor Supervisor

Theisen's Home Farm Auto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in operating the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining associate morale.
- Monitor associate productivity, provide input for performance evaluations, and help identify projects and coordinate completion.
- Perform opening and closing functions, prep cash drawers, and carry out directives from management.
- Assist customers with their questions, needs, and loadouts, and provide excellent customer service.
- Run cash registers as needed and assist with straightening, facing, cleaning, stocking, and recovery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related retail experience.
- Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
Frequent physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs., walking, standing, bending, reaching, dexterity, and light grasping. Occasional physical demands include lifting up to and over 50 lbs., climbing stairs, squatting, and firmly grasping.
Work Environment and Working Conditions:
Work will normally be performed inside the store facility, with occasional work outside in varying temperatures. The work environment is fast-paced with regular deadlines and sales expectations.
