Discover your exciting role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to inspire candidates for Exyte Continental Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy, and Poland).
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Active sourcing for national and international candidates in various networks
- Building and maintaining a strong network of passive and active candidates
- Conducting prescreening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability
- Closely cooperating with the Talent Acquisition team to implement the sourcing strategy
- Conducting market research and analyzing information on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to develop appropriate sourcing strategies
Show your expertise
- A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship
- At least three to five years of professional experience in the field of recruiting
- Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market
- Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality
- Experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and ideally also with SAP Success Factors
- Business fluent communication in German and English
- Team spirit and a positive attitude
